Unfortunately, our experience with this dealership has been consistently disappointing. We have purchased not one, but two vehicles from them, and both experiences have involved ongoing issues and frustrations that we simply did not expect after making such significant purchases. While we understand that vehicles can have problems, the repeated issues we’ve experienced, along with how those concerns have been handled, have left us feeling that the customer experience and support after the sale are lacking. At this point, we would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership and would have a very difficult time recommending them to others.

My salesman, Wes, told me that the vehicle’s fluids had been changed. After the purchase, I discovered that this was not the case. Sam, the service manager, admitted that I had been misled. I was also told that Wes was no longer with the company.

Moment of truth as of 10/13/25 Head gasket failure for Jeep Cherokee purchased 2/14/25 has my Car dead for past month. At very least I need support from Auto Savvy with the warranty company (Endurace) for the warranty AutoSavvy sold me. So far nothing but being told "you have to deal with them on your own". I truly hope I can revise this with a better-news update Message me ( on LinkedIn for applied control company) if you want more details & documentation of the "best Platinum" Warranty I was sold which says it should cover this engine failure

This place really deserves zero stars. I bought a vehicle from the Woods Cross facility a few months ago and the first problem is it immediately had to be sent to the shop for repairs. The second problem is they have zero customer service. I don't exaggerate this after dozens of attempts I have never had anyone answer their customer service line. Horrible experience. At first I thought it was great until my car smelt like antifreeze. Then my ac was ruined and had to have a complete replacement and the “warranty” I purchased wouldn’t it. That cost $6700 to fix. Only for them to tell me that the mechanic who “fixed” my car when it was wrecked glided my wiring harness to my alternator so that’s gonna be another hassle. They sell lemons that look like beauties. Don’t fall for it.

We recently visited this dealership with our family to check out and test drive a car we’ve had our eye on for a while. Unfortunately, our experience left a lot to be desired. We were told we couldn’t test drive the vehicle unless a deal was already in place, and when we asked to see the interior, we were told the key was broken. Worst experience! Juan offered a deal of cero down payment, I agreed, signed a contract. Then he calls a few days later to inform me that he could not keep his word, and that I had to return the car, he never mentioned that the approval was still in process. Poor customer service. Called ahead to see if a specific car was still on site, as we were making an hour drive. I had a great in-house experience here. I drove my car off the lot, it was wonderful. The transmission started kicking shortly after, so I took it to my mechanic who said that it looked like the transmission had never been serviced before in the 75000 Miles the car had been driven. Full disclosure I did not buy a warranty, but just three days after the purchase my coolant was EMPTY and had to be refilled. Two days after that the check engine light came on. Took it to a mechanic that AutoSource recommended and was informed that the battery, radiator, catalytic converter, water pump, thermostat, ignition coil, and oil cooler all needed to be replaced. Found a decent car here. The buying experience was as expected for a used car dealer. The salesperson was nice enough, but had to "talk to the manager" anytime a question was asked. After the purchase they walk you to a back room for the hard sell on the "extended warranty." In my case, as I completed the purchase I noticed that the trunk latch was not working correctly. The salesperson promised that they would pay for the repair. Upon arriving at the repair shop, the tune changed to them only paying half.
Car we drove had parts missing and paint all over the window and the tail lights paint all over the inside. Water Stains on the inside. Store was horrible hard to find no parking dirty store bathrooms were worse than a truck stop!! Would not recommend! I contacted the company and they never responded back to me.
Fine if you want to buy a car for cheap, just know what you are getting into and don't buy into the warranty expecting much. I don't necessarily think they are dishonest, but their sales staff may be overconfident with the quality of what they are selling.
We have had issues with our car since we drove it off the lot and none of the repairs issues we have had have been resolved by either the dealer or have been covered by the warranty we purchased.

My husband made an appointment with this place for this Saturday 5/24/25 so we could go shop for a new car. This place has blown his phone up constantly since and we already had an appointment. They just called his phone four times in a row just now which is what prompted this review. I work in sales and you should never blow up a potential customers phone. Make one phone call and leave a message if they don’t answer. This is how you piss someone off and scare away a potential sale.

Let me tell you about Autosavvy.... Bought a 2022 GMC Canyon AT4 in June of 2024 for $33k. Truck required roughly $1600 in repairs where Autosavvy cut corners - truck runs fine now. The car I bought from them has had nothing but troubles. Save your money elsewhere. My car now leaks water inside because they cut corners with post accident repairs. They also sent me to a shop to help repair initial wind noise and they kept my car for 3 MONTHS. They did shotty work, the paperwork they gave me was sketchy and incomplete. Do not buy a car from here. I had my car for a year, it only had 27k miles on it and I’m having to spend $7k to get it fixed. I had the oil changed every 3 months and took care of it extremely well. The warranty company they use are crooks and outright refused to even come look at the car at first, I had to have it towed to 3 shops before they would come out. Will never buy a car from here again.

We live and we learned. I actually like the car but less than a month of having a car I noticed the oil leak sign On the dashboard. So I got the oil leak situated less than three weeks. The oil leak sign came back on.. So I took it to a mechanic they said well your car have a have a leak so I fixed it. I had to buy a new battery and now I I have a broken radiator. Didn't explain much, gave him GAP insurance for a $1000. $4000 extra for the turbo. $1500 for car monitoring, financing? = $39,000 They gave him the car with emailed paperwork & he hasn't even paid the down payment. his loan just went through & he has had the car for a couple weeks now. The salesman Tanner who sold me the car was truly a nice guy, but this review is low due to the finance manager Meagan who actually didn’t listen to me when I said NO gap insurance and slipped it in anyways, $1,000 later. Then I payed for some tree donation $200, and $1500 for the Apex GPS system they didn’t tell me was optional. They really don’t break down what you’re paying for and the extra stuff they tack on and now I’m just stressed out instead of enjoying my vehicle. Pay attention, I wish I did better.

Absolute scam artists. Sold us a car with just over 27k miles that had a serious oil leak that needed repaired within weeks of buying. The “warranty” is an absolute joke. After taking the vehicle in to the Mazda dealership for an oil change, I was informed the subframe was still bent from the accident it was in prior to my ownership. After pointing that out and the fact it was around $3k more than similar types with clean titles, he messages "we understand some folks aren't in the market to save money. All the cars they sell are in accidents. I went to look for Honda Civic and saw three civics and salesman run car history on all three, and all three cars have salvage titles. It was in accidents with salvage titles, and the salesman said no. He says it has a minor accident, but the car fax said it has been in a bad accident. They don't know what they are doing? I asked for a key to the cars and they can't find it?

Truck wouldn’t start at first. While driving we had to stop and get gas. Sales rep said “make sure you do not turn it off.” Did financing….monthly payment was a lot more than what I had expected. Told me what my credit score was. Went to another dealership a couple days later and printed out my score and gave it to me. It was almost 80 points higher than what AutoSavvy had told me. Did not get a good vibe from the get go. I do not recommend them at all.
This business is useless. I have my damaged car and no, but they don't want to fix it and I've only had the car for 2 weeks and I've used it for 5 days and I ask them to send me what the car has and they can't even do that. I don't recommend it, don't buy cars, the place is not good
Rude and unprofessional sales staff. When you ask questions, they belittle you and talk down. I will never do business with them as they lied and tried to cover their tracks.
Dealership was good. The car I looked at for my family had a salvage title. It had been in a wreck and had damage done on both side of this car. Just an example of replacement parts was the driver door and the rear passenger door. They said the airbags never deployed. I have a young family and did not want to risk safety on a salvage title so I walked away from the dealership with no deal.
The car was not as advertised and the people were isolated. I did talk to one person and told him that the car was not a lincoln reserve or select continental but a basic premier but the autotrader had it in pictures with more than car had. He said yeah like so what I made a long trip for nothing.

Incompetent management. I called this morning at 945am to verify a Jeep was still in stock before driving 2 hours into Dallas. I spoke to the manager and was assured the vehicle would be ready to see, making an appointment for 1:45. Probably one of the worst car purchasing experiences out there. The only thing positive out of this was I got the vehicle I wanted. I had to fight them to get the best deal for me. They tried to pressure me into buying their extended warranty for $4000! And another $1500 for a GPS tracker! I wish to inform others to be aware of the poor business practices of this company. My daughter had to learn hard life lesions of purchasing a "Salvage" title which means "poor" resale ability. Also, when trading back this unsellable auto she was sold a vehicle with a loan amount full of excess add-ons and at an amount above her lending ability.
