Moment of truth as of 10/13/25 Head gasket failure for Jeep Cherokee purchased 2/14/25 has my Car dead for past month. At very least I need support from Auto Savvy with the warranty company (Endurace) for the warranty AutoSavvy sold me. So far nothing but being told "you have to deal with them on your own". I truly hope I can revise this with a better-news update Message me ( on LinkedIn for applied control company) if you want more details & documentation of the "best Platinum" Warranty I was sold which says it should cover this engine failure

This place really deserves zero stars. I bought a vehicle from the Woods Cross facility a few months ago and the first problem is it immediately had to be sent to the shop for repairs. The second problem is they have zero customer service. I don't exaggerate this after dozens of attempts I have never had anyone answer their customer service line. The floor manager lie to me about the out the door purchase price of the car, and the availability of another car of interest at your Draper UT lot. Horrible experience. At first I thought it was great until my car smelt like antifreeze. Then my ac was ruined and had to have a complete replacement and the “warranty” I purchased wouldn’t it. That cost $6700 to fix. Only for them to tell me that the mechanic who “fixed” my car when it was wrecked glided my wiring harness to my alternator so that’s gonna be another hassle. They sell lemons that look like beauties. Don’t fall for it.

Totally pressure free car buying experience for me. I'd say I was in and out in about 3 hours. Seemed kind of long but I looked at several different cars until I found the right one. Bill was chill and a pleasure to work with. The finance guy tried throwing some $4500 extended warranty in at the very end when you're signing the paperwork but what dealership doesn't. They are very transparent and clear on what you're buying, and the extras they offer, as long as you can read. 9.5/10 would recommend.

Poor customer service related to extended warranty. Poor communication regarding repairs recommended after vehicle was purchased. Extended warranty was not honored. I made multiple calls and sent multiple emails with very little response or follow through.

Truck wouldn’t start at first. While driving we had to stop and get gas. Sales rep said “make sure you do not turn it off.” Did financing….monthly payment was a lot more than what I had expected. Told me what my credit score was. Went to another dealership a couple days later and printed out my score and gave it to me. It was almost 80 points higher than what AutoSavvy had told me. Did not get a good vibe from the get go. I do not recommend them at all.
This business is useless. I have my damaged car and no, but they don't want to fix it and I've only had the car for 2 weeks and I've used it for 5 days and I ask them to send me what the car has and they can't even do that. I don't recommend it, don't buy cars, the place is not good
Rude and unprofessional sales staff. When you ask questions, they belittle you and talk down. I will never do business with them as they lied and tried to cover their tracks.
Dealership was good. The car I looked at for my family had a salvage title. It had been in a wreck and had damage done on both side of this car. Just an example of replacement parts was the driver door and the rear passenger door. They said the airbags never deployed. I have a young family and did not want to risk safety on a salvage title so I walked away from the dealership with no deal.
The car was not as advertised and the people were isolated. I did talk to one person and told him that the car was not a lincoln reserve or select continental but a basic premier but the autotrader had it in pictures with more than car had. He said yeah like so what I made a long trip for nothing.
