Duration
This Limited Warranty runs from the date of purchase of the Vehicle and expires upon the earlier of 120 Days OR 4,500 miles from the current odometer reading at time of Vehicle purchase, whichever comes first, and/or when the Limits of Liability for the Contract have been reached.
Eligible Vehicles
This Limited Warranty applies to vehicles that are 8 model years old or newer and have less than 100,000 miles on the odometer at the time of purchase.
How to Get Service?
- Prevent Further Damage: Take action immediately if you notice warning signs.
- Return the Vehicle: Bring your vehicle to the nearest AutoSavvy dealership within 100 miles or any licensed repair facility beyond that range.
- Provide Warranty Details: Give a copy of your Limited Warranty or warranty number.
- Obtain Authorization: Ensure the repair facility contacts the Administrator before repairs.
- Authorize Inspection: You may need to authorize a tear-down to determine the issue.
- Review Coverage: Discuss what will be covered with the service manager.
- Pay Deductible: Pay the required deductible; we cover the rest.
- Submit Receipts: If repaired elsewhere, submit itemized receipts within 30 days for reimbursement.

What's Covered?
We cover repair or replacement of parts and components, including seals and gaskets, except those listed under "What is Not Covered," and minus your deductible.
Not Covered- Unauthorized access or use of systems, software, or data.
- Repairs not authorized by AutoSavvy.
- Regular maintenance services and parts.
- Damage from impact, collision, environmental factors, lack of proper fluids, overheating, and acts of nature.
- Faulty or negligent repair work.
- Repairs covered by the manufacturer's warranty or other programs.
- Modifications not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Loss of time, storage charges, or other consequential damages.
- Commercial use outside the defined acceptable uses.
