What is a flood vehicle? Well, the short version is a flood vehicle is any car that has come into contact with some water or moisture and then had an insurance claim as a result. Not all ‘Flood Cars’ are the same. Sure, there are cars that end up SUBMERGED in water, but those cars will NEVER be AutoSavvy cars. All AutoSavvy ‘Flood Cars’ have been NEAR water and in some cases in a little water, but never UNDER water.

Cars are designed and built to deal with water. Car exteriors are in water a lot! Even the interior of a car was built for the possibility of some water intrusion. Sealed electric cables, water resistant carpets, some cars even have drain holes in the floorboards! Cars were built with water in mind.

Every year, looking for the cream of the crop, the AutoSavvy team inspects thousands of cars, which have been labeled flood cars by insurance companies. Those carefully selected vehicles are then reconditioned, and then put through a final inspection. Another high quality AutoSavvy branded title vehicle is ready for a new home at a great price. And that is why AutoSavvy is “Where Smart Money Buys.”
