  • Pair the 3.5L EcoBoost® V6 with a SuperCrew Cab, and you’ll achieve the F-150’s maximum towing capacity of 14,000 pounds.
  • The diesel engine allows you to 11,500 pounds. 
  • Choose the V8 engine and your payload capacity will reach 3,325 pounds. The diesel option allows you to haul 1,940 pounds.

2021 F-250 Towing Capacity and Payload

  • The F-250 Diesel gives you your choice of conventional or gooseneck/5th-wheel towing. If you go for conventional, your capacity will max at 20,000. Opt for 5th-wheel, and you’ll bump up to 22,800 pounds.
  • When you choose the V8 engine options capacities max at 15,000 pounds (conventional) and 19,500 pounds (gooseneck/5th-wheel).
  • The F-250 payload capacity maxes out at 4,260 pounds if you opt for the regular cab and 4×2.
